payment
• Payment must be rendered through PayPal, using USD ($), upfront.
• A rush fee will be charged for tight deadlines.
• A design fee will be charged for clients with no reference images that would like me to draw solely from a description and/or a collection of photos.
rights
• The artist reserves rights over the artwork.
• Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be cancelled if it occurs.
• The client cannot claim ownership of, alter, or profit from the artwork.
• NO artwork can be used for NFTs or to train Generative AI Models.
• I reserve the right to discontinue a commission at any time. If I do, you will be refunded.
Client Obligation
By commissioning artwork, you agree to:
• Have good, timely communication.
• Provide all necessary information before the artist begins.
• The final product is strictly for your personal use only, unless you purchase commercial rights.
Deadline And Revision
• MUST be agreed upon beforehand. Depending on the timeframe/anything sooner than 3 weeks, a rush fee may be applied.• Revisions are allowed in the sketch phase and are covered in the commission price.
• A limited amount of minor revisions are allowed in coloring/painting stage and are covered in the commission price.
• Revisions necessary due to the artist’s fault are entirely free.
